Terms of Service
Article 1: Application of These Terms
1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate all conditions regarding the use of 3D Model to Images Converter (hereinafter referred to as "this Service").
2. Users are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms by using this Service.
3. If there is any discrepancy between the content of these Terms and individual provisions related to this Service, the individual provisions shall take precedence.
Article 2: Content of This Service
1. This Service allows users to upload their own 3D model data (hereinafter referred to as "User Models"), generate images, animations, and PDF catalogs based on these User Models, and download the generated content.
2. This Service does not save User Models uploaded by users on its servers. All processing is performed entirely within the user's browser, and data is automatically deleted from the browser's memory after the session ends.
3. The content generated by this Service (images, animations, PDF catalogs) depends on the user's browser environment and the state of the uploaded User Model, and therefore, we do not guarantee their high quality.
4. This Service provides the following features:
- Still image generation from multiple camera angles
- 360° turntable animation (GIF) generation
- Model animation (GLTF) playback and GIF export
- Batch processing of multiple 3D models
- PDF catalog generation with multiple images
- Transparent background PNG export
Article 3: Handling of User Content
1. Users shall guarantee that they hold all copyrights and other rights to the User Models uploaded to this Service and all content generated from them (images, animations, PDF catalogs; hereinafter collectively referred to as "User Content"), or that they have obtained the necessary permissions from the rightful owners.
2. By uploading User Content, users grant this Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates when the User Content is deleted from the user's browser memory or the session ends.
3. This Service assumes no responsibility for any infringement of rights or damages caused by User Content.
4. Users retain full ownership and copyright of all User Content and generated output. This Service does not claim any rights to User Content.
Article 4: Use of Third-Party Libraries
1. This Service uses the following open-source libraries under their respective MIT licenses:
- Three.js - For 3D graphics rendering and visualization
- JSZip - For creating ZIP archives of multiple files
- jsPDF - For generating PDF catalog documents
- gifshot - For creating GIF animations
2. These libraries are loaded from CDN services and are not modified or redistributed by this Service.
3. Users acknowledge that the functionality of this Service depends on these third-party libraries, and this Service makes no warranty regarding the availability or performance of these libraries.
Article 5: Prohibited Matters
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts when using this Service:
- Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of this Service or third parties.
- Acts that are offensive to public order and morals.
- Acts related to criminal acts.
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of this Service's server or network.
- Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service.
- Acts that illegally access or attempt to illegally access the Service.
- Acts that collect or accumulate personal information about other users.
- Acts that use this Service for illicit purposes.
- Acts that disadvantage or damage this Service or other users or third parties.
- Acts of reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling this Service (excluding the open-source libraries used, which are governed by their own licenses).
- Uploading malicious content, including but not limited to malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempting to circumvent browser-based security measures or memory limitations.
- Other acts that this Service deems inappropriate.
Article 6: Suspension of Service Provision, etc.
This Service may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the user in any of the following cases:
- When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to this Service.
- When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters.
- When computers or communication lines stop due to accidents.
- When third-party services (such as CDN providers) become unavailable.
- In other cases where this Service determines that it is difficult to provide the Service.
This Service shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages suffered by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of Service provision.
Article 7: Browser Compatibility and System Requirements
1. This Service requires a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled and support for WebGL.
2. Users are responsible for ensuring their browser and device meet the technical requirements for using this Service.
3. This Service may not function correctly on outdated browsers or devices with limited processing capabilities.
4. Large 3D models or high-resolution output may require significant memory and processing power. Users acknowledge that performance may vary based on their device specifications.
Article 8: Disclaimer
1. This Service makes no warranty, express or implied, that there are no defects in fact or law in the Service (including, but not limited to, safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
2. This Service shall not be liable for any damages caused to users arising from the Service. However, if the contract between this Service and the user concerning the Service (including these Terms) falls under a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer does not apply. Even in such cases, this Service shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where the occurrence of damages was foreseen or could have been foreseen by this Service or the user) among damages caused to the user due to default or tort by this Service's negligence (excluding gross negligence).
3. This Service shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between users and other users or third parties regarding this Service.
4. This Service makes no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or compatibility of generated content (images, animations, PDF catalogs).
5. This Service is not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to browser crashes, memory limitations, or other technical issues.
Article 9: Changes to the Terms of Service
This Service may change these Terms at any time without notifying users if it deems it necessary. If a user starts using this Service after these Terms have been changed, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of this Service's head office shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court.
